To generate a commissioned service, requests can be made through the TI-UP website or, preferably, by contacting the TI-UP RC manager, Stephen Newport, directly (Stephen.Newport@wspgroup.com)

 

To access the TI-UP Framework Agreement in order to carry out the work, all that is required is a task ToR and budget agreement (MIS code and funding confirmation) to be sent to DFID Procurement Branch (Tom Finnigan). TI-UP will respond immediately and Procurement Branch can normally respond with contract documents for the consultant within 5 working days.
